"TrekWar - The Battle Card Game" goes online!
Finally it will be possible to play the free Star Trek CCG online via the OCTGN Plattform. Thanks to a comitted TrekWar fan, who joined the TrekWar Staff shortly after the original release two Years ago, this will add a new dimension to the game experience. The plug-in and the host software are absolutely free of charge and do not contain any spy- or adware.
This is the first official addition to the TrekWar franchise, that has been developed and submitted outside the original TrekWar-Staff.
Just in case you forgot: "TrekWar - The Battle Card Game" is a tactics card game placed in the "The Next Generation"-era of Star Trek. The first edition released on January 9th 2005 features the Dominion War. You can find the game at http://www.TrekWar.de. The hardcopy version of the game is freeware as well, there are just 4 sheets to be printed out by each Player to get a started.
TrekWar is developed by students of the university of Aachen, Germany. The project is open for anyone who wants to contribute ideas and cards.
The website is mainly in English, but for the most important sections there is a German translation avaiable.
